By registering for or using mpos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
mpos is a cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant management platform provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Ultra).
New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial at no cost. After the trial period, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is activated. Trial periods cannot be extended.
Paid plans (Pro, Ultra) are billed monthly. Payment is accepted via KBZPay, Wave Money, or other methods communicated by mpos. Subscriptions are activated manually within 24 hours of confirmed payment. mpos reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your account continues on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free.
mpos may suspend accounts that are overdue on payment, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity. You will be notified by email. Suspended accounts retain data for 30 days.
You own all data entered into the Service. mpos does not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as needed to provide the Service.
AI analytics features are powered by Google Gemini. AI query limits apply per plan. mpos does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated insights. AI features are restricted to data analysis and reporting only.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the Service's operation. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
mpos is provided "as is." We make no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mpos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Users will be notified by email of material changes.
